Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Tango Learn: Dance Lessons (the "App") handles information. It applies to the App only.

1. Information we collect

We collect nothing. The App does not gather personal information, does not ask you to register or sign in, and does not send any data about you or your usage to us or to anyone else.

Specifically, the App does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact details;
• Account credentials, because the App has no accounts;
• Location data;
• Contacts, calendars, microphone, or camera recordings;
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP-address-based profiles;
• Usage statistics, crash analytics, or behavioural events.

2. Data you create in the App

Lesson progress, practice notes, and dance diary entries are saved locally on your device, in the App's own storage. This data is not uploaded to any server, and the developer has no access to it and no way to read or recover it.

If you have enabled Apple's iCloud device backup, your device backup may include the App's data as part of the standard iOS backup process. That backup is created and encrypted by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy; it is not transmitted to the developer.

3. No tracking, ads, or analytics

The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking technologies. It does not use cookies or similar identifiers, and it does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Because no data is collected, none is used for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. No purchases or subscriptions

The App is free of charge and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. No payment or billing information is requested or processed by the App.

5. Sharing with third parties

Because the App collects no data, there is nothing to share, sell, rent, or disclose. No data is transferred to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers, and none is transferred internationally.

6. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since no data is collected at all, no data about children is collected either.

7. Your rights and choices

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. The developer holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing to retrieve or erase on our side.

You remain in full control of the content stored on your device:

• Delete individual diary entries inside the App at any time;
• Delete the App to permanently remove all of its locally stored data from your device. This cannot be undone.

8. Data security

Your App data is protected by the security features of iOS and of your device, including device passcode and file-level encryption. Keeping your device updated and locked with a passcode is the most effective way to protect the content you store in the App.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be described in the App's release notes on the App Store.
